Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website www.kinkymicks.com. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not continue to use this website.
Ordering
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. On the day that we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.2 We may refuse to accept an order:
a. Where goods are not available b. Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment c. If there has been a pricing or product description error, or d. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.Pricing
3.1 Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown are correct at the time of publication. Any typographical clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the seller.
3.2 The price of the Goods shall be the seller’s quoted price or where no price has been quoted (or a quoted price is no longer valid) the price listed in the seller’s published price list current at the date of acceptance of the order. Where the Goods are supplied for export from the UK the seller’s published export price list shall apply. All prices quoted are valid for 30 days only or until earlier acceptance by the buyer to the seller.
3.3 Subject to any special terms agreed in writing between the buyer and the seller, the seller shall be entitled to invoice the buyer for the price of the goods on or at any time after delivery of the goods.
3.4 We have included pictures to illustrate items on the website, as a visual representation of the items being offered for sale. However, these pictures should be intended as a guide only as specifications can change over time. Please also note the following:
a. Colour reproduction is not guaranteed to be correct b. Some pictures may use additional parts other than the item described, as a prop for the photograph. Such items are not included unless otherwise stated3.5 To avoid disappointment or confusion please check all specific details of product before purchase. All goods remain the property of Kinky Mick’s Happy Wheel Shack until paid in full.
Delivery
4.1 All items at kinkymicks.com are in stock and ready for delivery within 72 hours unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Kinky Mick will deliver a set of four wheels to the following countries with the associated postage costs:

4.3 Kinky Mick will deliver worldwide and if your country is not included in point 4.2 please contact us to arrange delivery.
4.4 Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will be processed and shipped the same day providing that your payment has been accepted and your items are in stock. Orders placed after this 2pm deadline will be dispatched on the next working day.
4.5 Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
4.6 For UK customers — the delivery service will take approximately 3-4 working days. If you have received an email from Kinky Mick informing you that your order has been dispatched and you have not received the goods after 5 working days please contact us.
4.7 For Overseas customers — the delivery service will take approximately 10 working days. If you have received an email from Kinky Mick informing you that your order has been dispatched and you have not received the goods after 12 working days please contact us.
Cancellation & Returns
5.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
a. You can notify us by email to info@kinkymicks.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or b. Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with our terms5.2 Goods damaged in transit and shortages must be notified as soon as possible, and within 1 working day of delivery. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery.
5.3 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, unless expressly set out in point 5.5. The costs of returning goods to us, and/or costs incurred for sending exchange items, shall be borne by you. Before returning any goods you must notify us first.
5.4 Upon receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the full value of the goods, excluding any carriage, packing or insurance charges. Alternatively we can give you an exchange credit as required to the full value of the goods, excluding any carriage, packing or insurance charges.
5.5 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:
a. In the event that the product has been fitted or used b. In the event that the product is not being returned in its original received condition, inclusive of all packaging, fittings and instructions as applicable c. To any products that we have made or customised, or arranged to be made or customised specifically for you d. To any products that you have customised, or arranged to be customised The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.Liability
6.1 Vintage wheels are recommended for show use only. We will not be held responsible for any damage and/or accident caused during or because of road use. Whilst we make every effort to provide accurate information, it is the customer’s responsibility to check that parts are correct for their vehicle before fitting.
6.2 Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the seller’s negligence the buyer hereby undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless the seller from and against any and all such losses costs liabilities and expenses including special or consequential loss or damages arising out of and in connection with any and all liabilities and obligations of the seller expressly or impliedly assumed by the buyer and any and all actions suits proceedings claims demands assessments and judgments in respect of any of the liabilities and obligations referred to in this contract.
